In addition, I also created some of the sounds used throughout the game. I crafted all of the sounds for my 2 areas, and assisted with creating sounds in the additional areas.

Overall this was an enjoyable experience, but it was not without its problems. The controller used in the final build is questionably put together. It doesn't feel right for the type of game we were crafting. This, however, was the second controller we used. The first was arguably less fitting. Due to a change in controller, we had to adjust each area to accommodate, and make additional changes based on feedback and any change in direction that occurred.
This project revolved around sound design. Not wanting to shy away from a challenge, we created a game where the environment was made up of musical instruments. In our team of 4, we created 4 unique worlds and a hub area, and initially designated a level to each designer. As is the case, things don't always go according to plan, so I inherited 2 areas for myself. But I welcomed the challenge.

I created and hand crafted the Percussion Desert and the Trumpet Forest. It probably doesn't need to be explained why they were titled the way they were.

Duties/Roles
Level Design
-Created the Percussion Desert and Trumpet Forest.
Art and Modelling
-Created all assets used in Percussion Desert and Trumpet Forest levels.
-Created the collectible musical items for all levels.
Sound Design
-Sourced appropriate sounds for individual levels.
-Adjusted and mixed sounds to be appropriate for each level.
Production Lead
-Ensured all milestones were met.
-Ensured each team member participated and contributed ideas.
-Maintained open communication amongst all team members.
-Participated in constant play testing and made changes based on feedback received.
-Implemented and operated daily scrum meetings with all team members.
