   -Assisted with level design and game concept.

Art and Modelling

   -Created the models and textures for the rusted cars, fences,      and buildings

OverRoach Bee is a top down wave based shooter where you fight off waves of mutated cockroaches and humungous bees. Kill enemies to extend your time and collect scrap to increase your score!

This was created over a period of 2 days with 4 other Game Design students for a mini game jam that was hosted by AIE, leading up to our final weeks of the year. The game jam theme was 'Salvage'.

 

Due to such a limited time, we unfortunately ran out of time to properly balance the game, however I still feel It's quite good, if not at times drastically and insanely difficult. But that's all part of the fun.. right?

What initially started off as a somewhat rather serious title with something about defeating robots to collect scrap to upgrade weapons, we went full ham and just threw all that seriousness away! That's how we ended up with giant insects.


This experience was my first time using Unreal Engine, and was an enjoyable experience learning a different engine.
